How to get reviews

There are three main ways you can get great reviews on Firmchecker.

2. Unique survey link (most flexible)
3. Email signature (most passive)

1. Review automation

This is easily the best way to optimise your return on effort with online reviews.

2. Unique survey link

The unique survey link is the most flexible way to collect reviews on Firmchecker. It can be embedded in your firm's end of matter communications, including invoices and 'thank you' emails, and passively on your firm's site. 

3. Email signature

You can also create a custom email signature with Firmchecker which embeds in your team's email signoffs. This will keep reviews front of mind for your clients which has two benefits:

1. Some will respond passively, and 
2. Others will be more likely to accept an active review request when they receive it.
