Unfortunately you cannot currently operate multiple offices from one email address - our system is designed so that there is a separate manager for each individual office.
Work-around
If you need to manage the profiles of multiple offices, and use Gmail as your email host, you can bypass this issue by using the same email address multiple times, using the following format:
- youremail@yourdomain.com
- youremail+1@yourdomain.com
- youremail+2@yourdomain.com
- youremail+3@yourdomain.com
- Etc
For example, we might use support+1@firmchecker.com, support+2@firmchecker.com, etc.
Alternative
If you do not use Gmail as your email host, you will need to use separate email addresses to manage the account. We recommend using a service like LastPass to manage multiple emails and passwords.
